Monday June 11 harvest

Monday Harvest: Dill, white & Red Bliss potatos, broccoli, garlic, strawberry, snap & shelling peas.
Broccoli, cauliflower (forgot to add it to the picture above), and garlic on the scale
 shelling peas - 7.8oz, mix of young potatoes - 1lb 7.9oz and sugar snap peas - 11.2oz
 strawberries - 13.1 oz; romaine lettuce just over 2 lbs.

  1. Nice. :D I can never manage to weight the peas. I end up eating the in the driveway by the trellis. :)

    1. Thank you, I love sugar snap peas but strawberries are going straight for jam. They are just not very good this year.

  9. That is a HUGE lettuce. It should last you a few salads. Hmmm maybe a strawberry salad. Great harvest all around.

    1. That's 6 plants combined into one buquet :) It's very hot and if I didn't pull it it would all bolt and be wasted. This way I'd rather give it away at the office.
