This is Hen of the Woods, or Grifola Frondoza. They are freeze well and can be dried also. I love them sauteed in EVOO with garlic and shallots over pasta or sometimes add a bit of cream and make it into risotto.
Chicken of the woods is bright orange on top and yellow on the bottom and grows on fallen trees or stumps - also called Sulfur Shelf.
Congrats!! There has been absolutely no rain for the last several days here, I haven't gotten out foraging. We are expecting all day of rain tomorrow, so I'm crossing my fingers. It looks so beautiful and delicious!

I need to spend some time with you in the woods! Last year we gathered mushrooms for the first time, and we loved it.
